Of all the companies that I contacted to have my Dryer vent cleaned Dryer Vent Wizer was the most professional. From the very second that I chatted with Chale, I was sold. They kept me informed from the time of booking to the time the technician left. When the technician, Isiah, arrived he kept me informed on everything he was doing. I watched him as he pulled out the dryer and removed the vent hose. The dryer in our laundry room and vents out to the ceiling instead of the wall. The amount of lint that was packed in the vent at the wall was shocking. I might add that we just bought this house last year and the house is 19 years old. I don't think that the vent was ever cleaned. Isiah even went up on the roof to test the airflow before and after he cleaned it and explained what he was doing every step of the way. After removing all of the lint from the dryer all the way to the roof he made sure that everything was spotless. Would I use them again in a heartbeat? We are thankful that we never had a fire. My one regret is that I didn't ask Isiah for any business cards so I could post them on our association's bulletin board.
