From my initial contact with them, to the inspection of my vent through to the actual cleaning…they were nothing but professional and took their time to explain their process for diagnosing and cleaning the vent. No gimmicks or hidden fees whatsoever. My previous experience with another dryer vent company resulted in hidden fees along with a still clogged vent.
